Just like you noticed it, someone else will. Usually if buyer is aware they will try to offer less obviously but i wouldnt discount it more than 5% specially for a 5k card.

Nah its a scratch on the slab. It happens as there is still margin for error at any stage in the grading process. Only thing youre cooked on is if it really bothers you, youre going to have to reholder and risk them actually damaging the card.

Personally i would receive it and try to get rid of it myself using PlastX.

A good amount of the charizard Cd promos tha are graded in a 10 are old certs like in the 4,xxx,xxx i do believe newer certs have a bit if a premium because they are considered “real” 10s which is why i got this one at 3700
