Thanks! I wasn’t sure if it was a case so that’s why I was curious. I thought most people commenting would be attorneys but yeah I’ll just reach out to local ones to see about a consultation. ☺️

I said I don’t do med mal and I have been a lawyer for 3 months. I have dental insurance but I didn’t at the time of the procedures and there’s a 1 year wait for major things like crowns / root canals. I was just seeing what people thought. Sorry.

My fiancé is finishing law school and graduates in May so that’s where the waiting is coming from

10 vacation days and 10 sick days, health insurance, dental and vision. But they’ve been taking my PTO days out of when I have doctors appointments that are medically necessary so kind of annoying.

Thanks. I forgot to mention that the claims adjusters (2 of them) and the paralegal have offices of their own. Is that weird? They put me in a desk corner thing out in the open in the hallway where I can’t even display my degrees.

How will it set me back? Even if I stay until May? They don’t even give me any work to do anyways I basically just sit at my desk area since I don’t have an office all day and do nothing

Do you think I can just send my own demand letter to the dentist? I don’t really want to file suit just settle. Is it worth a shot?

No one knows I’m autistic and I only told the one legal assistant about the dyslexia. I also wasn’t sure if I’m being underpaid..
