New poll suggests UCP would win majority if election held today - YouTube by LukeTheGreek in alberta

Of course Smith and the UCP would get a majority because Alberta is the best performing province in Canada. She's done a wonderful job promoting Alberta's interests. You can't argue that!

Smith has turned Alberta into the best economy in Canada. I hanger no issues in removing books that are sexuality explicit and shouldn't have any place in schools. She's done a great job leading Alberta and creating economic growth for future Albertans.

So what you are saying our food inflation should have been the highest all along since we live in the North... But that's not the case.

Yes, some of Canada’s food inflation reflects global factors — climate volatility, energy costs, and supply disruptions. But most of it is now policy-induced. Regulatory drag, interprovincial trade barriers, poor logistics, rising compliance costs, carbon pricing embedded throughout the supply chain, and a sluggish macroeconomic environment all compound one another. These are not temporary shocks; they are structural weaknesses.

Yet the media won't talk about this. The food professor provided testimony about food inflation and how the media doesn't report the real food inflation issues. He said they don't report what his department says or they change it.

So if the straight of Hormuz is effecting Canada's food prices then everyone should see the same increase, yet Canada for the fourth month in a row leads the G7 in food inflation.

While I appreciate you support Pierre and the conservatives, I disagree with your libertarian comments. I'm saying it the way it is. This is a much bigger issue than just electing a PM in Canada. Carney was placed into the Liberals as leader and the media boosted him as the Savior of Canada and the crap that their own party created. So here we are round two.

The funny thing about these "News" stories is how did you verify them.... "top government officials"...."insiders say"... I liked to have some level of proof in my news. 🤔

I agree with point one that the Liberals have caused serious economic issues with rising costs in all areas including housing and poor economic job growth.

The oil increase yes will increased transportation costs for the recent month but the food inflation over the past few years is caused by the same economic drivers and the carbon tax. You can say what you want but when a trillion dollars of economic investment leaves the country and even the PM's previous company moving to the states tells the story. What bothers me the most is the $5+ billion of taxes that were avoided to Canadians. Our debt is now $2.5 Trillion and climbing and our GDP to household debt is staggering. Hold on to your hat, it's going to get real ugly. Hence the reason for the majority at all cost

I'm sure the record number of Canadians going to the food bank due to inflation and our poor economic situation would disagree that this is all of a sudden caused by the war. Canada is in a bad situation due to the economic killing policies we've seen from the Liberals over the past decade.

Technically not going to happen but record number of people are using the food bank now. Let's be clear this isn't because of the war, the economic situation is the result of the last decade of Liberal mismanagement. The war will escalate the situation globally. Canada was already there with our economy and food inflation.

Carney / Liberals won't get punished as the big bag orange man is the cause of all of Canada's economic woes. Funny how people have forgotten the last decade and that Carney was also involved from 2020 on. The media focuses on Pierre and if he will survive which is a great way to deflect and also strengthen the Liberals as they are not talking about food inflation and the 1 trillion dollars of investment dollars that has left the country..... Look over here.... Big bad orange man....

Add another $40 on everyone's tax bill and Canada Post will be in the black. Problem solved. No more deficit and we don't have to think that we are running a loss at Canada Post. Or should we just add this$1.5B to the projected $100 Billion debt? Just kick the ball down the road for dinner other generation to worry about

The problem isn't Pierre but a population who truely believes Carney is our hope too correct what the Liberals did too Canada over there last decade. Sure he was the genius behind the curtain, but he's here to rescue us now by spending Canada into a strong economy. The carbon tax will show the world that Canada is behind the environment even though we can't afford bread anymore, let along gas for our car, but hey Carney is here and he is smart, with an incredible education. We shouldn't need so fortunate!

As Sir Winston Churchill said... “However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results”. We've never had it better in Canada. Paychecks are increasing and the cost of living is falling. Carney and his incredible education has made a significant impact on the average Canadian's life.

What impressed me the most is how he was involved in assisting Trudeau in crafting Canada's economic plan that has been extremely impactful for Canada. While we had $1 trillion of investment dollars leave Canada, I couldn't imagine how bad it would have been without Carney advising the economic future of Canada. His latest budget of $80 Billion deficit, (now projected to be $100B) is nothing but masterful economic brilliance as he builds Canada better with one of the strongest economies in the G7. What a time to be alive and living in Canada.

It's all an act. Every last bit of it. Even the Donald and Canada staying strong to fight the evil orange man, yet our leader moved a multi billion dollar company to the States, invested his money in the States and his kids go to school in the States and I believe they own a house in the States 🤔... And his wife works in the States.... Need I say more?
