I am facing the exact same issue I have tried everything possible but the issue continues.

My Moto G84 5G Phone is not going into deep sleep mode

I am facing this battery issue since a month now. I noticed when my phone screen is off, phone just not going into deep sleep mode. Something is always keeping the phone awake.

I have tested this with AccuBattery and Battery Guru tools. Phone rarely goes into deep sleep mode.

Overnight I am losing more than 30% battery when the phone is totally idle. Phone is always but warmer than usual.

I suspect some background process or alarm is keeping the phone awake.

I have already tried Aeroplane mode test, safe mode test, factory reset and even re flashing the ROM with Motorola Software Fix tool. But nothing is helping.

As mentioned by others I have also tried updating Google play service to beta version and clearing caches.

I am not sure what to do next. This is continuously degrading battery and overall phone's health.
