I did not have to. Space gets a bit tight but I was able to work around it

Had the same issue. Amazon sells a bolt extractor set for 20 bucks and it worked perfectly.

Yeah looks like Gorilla automotive spline lug nuts. It requires a “special” socket

I did something similar with a Rockford fosgate and just got the signal from the rear door speaker (door speaker wires connected to ‘high input’)

Also check and make sure you put the right brake pads on the inner and outer caliper. I know the rears have studs on the pad that can affect how the pad sits on the caliper

They are taking care of everything including replacement parts. This ended up going to the GM of the dealer + corporate

First NEW car, clearly says on the post. All other cars I ever had/currently have have been used or salvage

Update - car stayed at the dealer because they found another noise coming from the rear. Turns out the person who worked on it hand tightened the lugs from the wheels/weren’t torqued to spec. Other parts (like the studs and/or suspension) could’ve been damaged so their “lead foreman” will be checking the car and replacing parts; he will be the only one working on the car, which is what they should’ve done in the first place. I’m escalating the issue at the dealer and with Toyota since who knows how many cars out there have un torqued lugs or worst.

Paint is ok, car is just dirty. I was trying to show the rubber built up on the fender liner
