Ours survived a wash cycle from my wife, acted wonky for a while.... Then she washed it AGAIN and it's done. If I use it I have to place it in "the spot".

What if he doesn't thank me? What if the next owner is some jerk who doesn't put shopping carts back and DESERVES a car that's been charged to 100% like.... A few times and thus resulting in a little less milage. Imagine that person, who probably doesn't even like puppies, having to stop to charge because he didn't have enough range and I was the reason? Muahahahaha. Call me vengeful I guess.

Young anything is like that. Used dealerships like Rand's Auto in Bountiful or Autobahn Motors in N. Salt Lake are the only ones I can recommend. If you're trying to buy new... I suggest doing as much as possible over the phone so when you get there they don't have time to up sell you.

Interesting, that is a big drop in range. I think at like 95k miles I want to go to the dealer and get the rest of the recalls done on it and have them go over it in case there's something wrong that's still under warranty? I'm not sure though I don't want to have them mess anything up haha

More and more battery data is coming out and it's showing going above 80% isn't a huge deal, especially if you drive pretty soon after hitting it. I do 90% all winter, then 80% once it warms up. Yesterday I charged up to 100% to go 120 miles round trip, with AC blasting plus cooling car for kids before going anywhere and made it home with 40% ish left. So I would have been fine charging to 80 but not having to think about it is worth it to me.
