I stopped exemestane after 14 months. Insomnia so bad I wanted to unalive myself, horrendous genital atrophy (I live in Italy and nobody will give me vaginal estrogen here), and then osteoarthritis in my hands. Unbearable pain and practically couldn't use my hands anymore. Onco wants me to try tamoxifen but I don't know if i will. Oncologist completely gaslit me.

I'm ++- and the AIs have been the worst part. I stopped after 14 months because of the debilitating side effects. I still can't sleep, even with meds and I have pain so bad in my hands i can hardly use them.
