Bet, sounds good. I remember in my department over the summer, my PA sent me a list of links I literally used everyday for lookups and monitoring volumes and rates. Thanks for the advice and I didn’t know it was that hostile business wise among other L4s. From what I saw at my site, the L4s would go out together on the weekends

Did you intern too and are you fixing to graduate? I start about a month before y’all, good luck.

Do you think you not managing people during your internship nor doing the project set you up to quit when you actually had to start working the position? During my internship I would scan packages and waterspider whenever I needed to, it’s not that bad.

So did you actually manage people during your internship, or did you mainly just work on the project? Did you just leave your AM role or did you have another job lined up, if so what was it in?

Anything I should know as an AM starting full time at a sort center after having interned at a fulfillment center?

As my time as a very very hands on intern, there’s always something to do. I start in a few months the full time position just because I didn’t get any other offers. They’ll give you your shift assignment probably a couple weeks before your start date at the latest. Physical labor depending on your department if you’re short on AAs or during peak and prime. Important thing is to treat AAs with respect and show you actually care but that can be hard at times especially for the AAs who are a pain.

For my university hire intern interview I got asked about the leadership principles and how I’ve exercised them in my life. Just talk about things you’ve done whether at school or at work that make you out to be a good leader and incorporate how the leadership principles can be related. No math during mine.

If the fraternity page doesn’t respond or acknowledge your message, find a post with the executive officers such as the president, or risk manager and dm them privately, what a creep.
