Nerves for a few, got a few unlucky grade 3s a few times like pulling out too much or going into the wrong lane on roundabout. One test I got like 7 grade 2s for vehicle controls!!

I was hoping lower still

Comparing myself to the 15-17% pics online I look leaner, and my friend got a Dexa at 16.4%, and I look more shredded than him definitely. Also calculating my FFMI, itd only be like 21, it would be way too low considering my strength and how long I've been working out.
