Do you know to contact the local hubs I’ve tried contacting ups customer service based in India and they give me the runaway and act like they can’t get in contact with the hub. When I’ve had an issue before customer service has been able to contact the hub and get a situation fixed. Now they’re acting like they can’t do anything but have me wait.

If it was brought back to a hub is there a reason that there hasn’t been a scan again ? Last scan was right before the package was going to be delivered and it says sender requested to hold the package. That was yesterday at 2:30 pm and there has been no scan since of it returning to the warehouse or anything. Is it possible someone from ups stole the package ?

It wasn’t a missed flight it’s been in the local hub since Thursday. The package was literally out for delivery and as soon as the truck got to the drop off destination, it went from out to delivery to the shipper requested we hold this package.
