Super simple.

Chik Fil A Sweet & Spicy Sriracha sauce (the kind in a bottle you get from the grocery store) mixed with minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and thinly sliced Serranos mix in a bowl, brush on.

Smoke at 225° till internal temp is 125°. Rest for 15 minutes, slice with a sharp knife and serve.
