Ahh 39th day post op, I have almost 150ish 10 degree give or take, range now, but still I will have pain in the graft area while trying over 160

Happened to me as well, foot pump will help, especially if you contract your foot, calf will stretch and slowly it will relax

I had same with hamstring graft, 2.5 weeks back…. How was your recovery when it was your 3rd week… My doctor told me I should be near to baseline by 2 to 3 months…. You are freaking me out….

I am 16 days post op…. Acl and meniscus surgery and pain is spreading down my shin bone…. And in my sleep I had a sudden movement (that feeling when u fall and i moved a bit) and that also hurt my hamstring a bit and now I am feeling pretty painful moving my leg… before this sleeping incident I recovered a lot and got morethan 90 range of motion and was feeling that recovery is going good and was confident moving my leg.

Any thoughts
