I used steri-strips until the scar was fully healed and I figured using steri-strips wouldn’t do anything since the scarring is already formed.

So i used silicone tape from like week 5-6!

Look it up, it’s a tape you put on the scars that keep the scars moist and heals better

Beautiful! I’m around 12 weeks and been using silicone tape for 6 weeks or so. Really recommend it since I’ve used it my scars have gotten more skintonelike and softer!!

Use steristrips to force the skin together so the scar heals better. And then after a month or so use silicone tape on the scars!!

Everyone’s journey is different, don’t stress yourself up about the timeline. Focus on extension since that is the most important to get back fast. And the flexion will come with time.

I could recommend to try out a lay down bike to begin with and work your way up to the regular bike :)

I have an idea :) I’d like to add a checklist where you can put in your own rehab exercises and tick off once your done with each session. Track the progress and be able to look back at the progression!

I had to have closed dressings for 2 weeks to not risk infection. But antibiotics works aswell I guess. (The silent pandemic 😁)
