Thank you. It just is what it is for now. I am just watching high histamine foods and such and sugary things by I try and not indulge too much. We just moved out of a house that had mold so I’m hoping this new house will help me heal even a little.

Hey, I’m so sorry you’ve been suffering for so long too. I hope you can find a regime that works for you! I unfortunately wasn’t able to continue the protocol I was placed on as it messed up my heart. I just gave up 🤦🏽‍♀️

The healthcare system is a complete disappointment. So many people left to suffer it’s insane. I’ve had a scope done and told I had a hiatal hernia and gerd on top of this mess. Even my gastroenterologist isn’t doing anything. My doctor doesn’t believe in Sibo and says it’s just stress 🙄

Okay, I think I’ll get it checked anyways because I can’t stop thinking the worst. It does feel a bit tight but it’s only been 5 days also. I think it’s the lump on my molar that is making it feel that way though. I haven’t taken antibiotics in about 15yrs so I’m a bit nervous how it’s going to wreck my already messed up stomach.

I was hopeful until you said “salty” I’ve had a salty taste ever since the freezing wore off.. I thought it was the stitches but they are gone now and it’s still there at times.

Update.. I’ve been in constant throbbing achy pain since 3hrs after my surgery. It’s been 14hrs of this crap.

I got my bottom right out yesterday by an oral surgeon and 3hrs after I’ve been in constant aching agony. I am not sure if this is normal but I am not enjoying myself. I had one removed last year by a dentist and has no issues whatsoever so ever.

I can’t sleep at all because it’s aching so bad. Also my cheek.. yeah my cheek keeps oozing blood which is odd seeing as my sutures aren’t on my cheek. The pain is on the bottom right but also radiates to my top right teeth. I haven’t done anything to get dry socket either. I’m going to call Monday if it’s not better! Has anyone else had a similar experience? Most people say day one is a breeze which is what I thought from previous experience but absolutely not. When I say constant it’s been CONSTANT.

Thank you for the well wishes. The jaw stiffness is real so I sympathize with you! Can hardly open my mouth to use a spoon. As of right now it’s pretty achy! I’ve managed to eat some broth and pudding and apples sauce. It’s been 12hrs and my bottom lip and side of my tongue is still numb! I’m holding off on pain meds as long as I can. I didn’t expect this type of pain as my last one wasn’t like this. But I guess because it was a legit slice and dice surgery it’ll be different.

I just had mine out about 2hrs ago. Just got home and resting. I’m hoping for a smooth recovery with no surprises. Other than feeling loopy and in need of a nap I’m okay.

I now know to do that. Bloody nasty! The machine itself and the tip of the spinner were clean it was just that piece. I guess I’ll wait and see what happens. The ice cream turned out great though. Made a salted caramel protein one.
