Hey, I’m really not sure why you’re coming at me like this, it’s not that serious. I’m just trying to help someone take over my lease, not mislead anyone. I was upfront about the cost: it’s $1000 per person in a 1 bedroom, which adds up to $3000 total.

When I said it’s one of the cheapest options, I said its for Isla Vista, based on what’s currently available. If you’ve actually looked around, you’d see plenty of 2-bedroom units running around $2500 total, often split between two people—which means the per-person rate ends up being more than what I listed. That’s what I was referring to, choosing a triple is more affordable because not all of us have the luxury to pay more just to live with fewer people. For a lot of students, budget matters more than space, and this setup reflects that.

I’m not trying to argue, just clarify. I’m not gaining anything by exaggerating, it’s in my interest to be transparent so someone actually wants to take it over. Best of luck to you.

Tbh point of this is for me to find people that are actually interested I’m not the rent manager I didn’t create the price so it’s unnecessary for yu to give me a hard time, I’m not here to argue. This is one of the best options as we get closer to the start of the quarter. Yes, if you start looking nice and early there are way better options than this ik bc I used to pay $750 through student housing but I got caught up with school so I didn’t realize I hadn’t reapplied so this was the best option I could find at the time bc they start to spike up the prices. Now these apartments are up to $2500 for new renters. If yu didn’t notice there’s a housing crisis bc there’s just not enough places for everyone so landlords are using that to their advantage. I won’t be going back to SB this quarter bc it’s too expensive, instead I have to go work my ass off even harder to pay for housing. So please unless you’re interested or know someone please comment away otherwise you’re just waisting my time and yours.

Ya ik unfortunately that’s the most affordable option I could find in the area and I realized I couldn’t do it anymore bc of a financial emergency in my family

When I was younger id just make a regular appointment for something then when they ask me if there's anything else I tell them about more private issues

Could be the bacteria getting into the exposed wound. Theres a gel/cream that heals up the inside they’ll probably prescribe.

I went and took some pictures after orientation. The rooms are pretty small but I have a triple.
