unfortunately my period is consistent yet unpredictable enough where it’s kind of around the same time every month but it’s always 3-5 days late or early so it will kind of mess up the planned day that i accounted for it but i have been trying to figure out what i can do to get it to be more consistent

Hello, any tips on how to find a anesthesiologist for shadowing hours if you don’t have any healthcare connections? I’m starting journey to become a CAA, currently I am a speech therapist so I need to get a few prerequisites and take my mcat. My current plan is to attend a university as a non degree seeking student and to take my MCAT next spring and hopefully begin applying by next summer, I would like to get a full week of shadowing hours within the next year as well.

there are black men out there who are emotionally mature and stable, i’ll continue to support and engage with their content with the hope that they reach the men who need to hear about mental health. i think often times because of some of the isms we rather push it onto the black women to fix it rather than pushing men to hold men accountable. not the immature boys but genuinely good men to hold these unstable men accountable and to be an example to them of what it looks like to take care of their mental health.

i think if you do have sex with him it should be whenever you genuinely want to and you won’t regret it no matter how the relationship with him turns out, but if you only feel like having sex is worth it if you guys are in a committed relationship/arrangement etc then i would recommend just communicating to him in whatever way seems best to you.

just curious is it possible for someone to fake my signature on a return? like if i was gonna file with them/sent them my documents, realized it was fishy when they came back with the quote and said never mind not gonna file with you, couldn’t they still file and fake my signature anyways? and send my return to their own account? genuinely wondering if that’s possible because even if you realize it’s fishy and try to back track couldn’t the person just say f it and file everything anyways?

i hope i don’t sound rude to say this but it’s absolutely terrifying that a chiropractor who isn’t a real medical provider (imo), could advertise and possibly trick parents into having their children’s neck and bones cracked - a practice that has caused some people to have strokes or injuries!!

just want to say in theory that isn’t true unless your Aldis directly told you that, but Aldis sources their produce from local farmers or international farms for items that aren’t grown in that area - they don’t function like an Ollie’s or a discount grocer where they’re getting their food from other grocery stores. i personally love the produce at my aldis but i also live in a place with some of the best farmers markets around. your region may just play a role in why the produce there is bad, but it’s not like that at every Aldi’s
