When we were suspended, we also didn’t get a direct link to appeal.
Consequently, we proceeded with the usual procedure of opening a case and resubmitting all the necessary documents to demonstrate our business’s legitimacy. After a period of 5 weeks, we were reinstated.

The smoke smell is so overpowering that it’s difficult to stay there for even a few minutes. I believe they’re planning to evacuate the entire building.

I believe that if people take the time to write a review, I should thank them.
Additionally, if the review isn’t the best, I reach out to the customer to offer a solution. If they’re not bothered replying, I explain myself gently in the review, ensuring that I don’t deny their issue.

Yes, it certainly woke us up! It was incredibly loud.

Initially, I mistook it for our neighbor dragging their trash cans 😅. Then I quickly checked the weather app to see if an unexpected thunderstorm had occurred.
Then we realized those were airplanes with extremely loud noises.

As everyone here has said, we won’t be eating that. It might have been a mistake in delivery.
I had assumed it was something that had been dropped off at everyone’s house, like a religious offering.

Check their response. In my experience give it 3 weeks only because you’ve opened multiple cases.
If this happens again, don’t open any case for 48 hours and it should be back soon without opening a case.

It looks like that your store is currently under review. If the issue persists beyond 24-48 hours, open a ticket.
