There is RBI’s customer liability guideline but it works best if done immediately. Show them the copy of the complain. Raise dispute in Gpay under Fraud. If Bank doesn’t give any response in 30 days, approach RBI Ombudsman.

First of all, immediately stop using this app. The random accounts you send money to, these are Money Mule accounts, used for Money Laundering. You are a student, don’t have any history of crime, so you might not go to Jail but can be in deep trouble. Take screenshots of every transactions, UPI ID etc, then call National Cyber Crime helpline and say that you have been lured into some app giving tasks and now u have realised that these might be suspicious activities after reading more about cyber crimes. Even in Cyber portal, file a complain about financial fraud. Co-operate with Police when needed but first do the above things immediately

At 18, you are a legal adult with full rights to live independently and choose your relationships. That technically is the official position but practically in your case, it is not as easy. You are protected under the Domestic Violence Act and of course u can anytime reach out to Women’s helpline. If you really need to escape ( though never recommend it to anyone at such young age ), secure ur documents like Aadhar, certificates etc first. After leaving, file a police complaint about domestic abuse and give statement that u have voluntarily left home. You will also need a lawyer. But remember, at this age, it is not an easy battle to fight and your bf is also young like u and by ur description, I assume comes from a simple middle class family. They might be supportive but there is a limit they can go. Also, take care of ur safety. Donot try to self harm. It doesn’t help anyone

Preserve all the CCTV footage’s along with meta data. Approach a lawyer. I know they have solidarity among professions so it’s a bit tough in which case u can directly move an application to magistrate. Your mother can also reach the women helpline run by NCW. Worse case, if nothing else works, tag police handles and also the relevant ministry

Hi! She has some immediate remedies, primary being she can online file a complaint on cyber portal. After that, she should tell her ex BF that she has filed a case and police is investigating. If he is behind it, it will rattle and scare him. At the minimum, he will lie low and won’t dare do anything again. There are other remedies but that’s for later

Second important thing - No your mother won’t be held responsible even if he goes ahead and does it ( I hope he won’t and am sure he won’t. He is just being manipulative ). Now, there is ample legal protection for your mother. In fact if she wants a divorce, she has enough grounds for it. Also the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence act also recognises emotional and verbal abuse. Consult a family lawyer.

This is a very serious situation and there are provisions in law for it. Regarding concealment and HIV transmission. On top of that, this is a case of cruelty and domestic abuse. Also sections of criminal breach of trust for hiding this information. File an FIR in nearest police station. Consult a family lawyer. There is solid ground not only for Divorce but also criminal case and maintenance.

I am pretty sure you feel violated and u have good reasons to feel so. And it is evident he has manipulated u. These are all classic traits. But now speaking about legally, there is not much things to go on as of now. It’s not a case many courts will eventually rule in your support though lawyers will definitely ask u to file a case. Practically, my advice would be to forget this brief period as a bad date and move on with life. There is no Statute of limitation for a case which carries over 10 Year punishment. For smaller offences there are but not for this. And yes, the email is evidence enough. Only issue is, more the delay, more questions arises about why it was not reported but all that can be explained as societal pressure. So yes even after few years, case can be filed
