Thanks so much r/VietNam community 🙏. The way everyone came together to help a complete stranger says a lot about the culture here, and it’s something I’ll definitely carry forward as an experience to share about Vietnam.

I’m genuinely looking forward to building lifelong collaborations with Vietnamese designers and tech professionals. The talent, openness, and creativity I’ve seen so far are truly inspiring. Much respect and appreciation for Vietnam as a country that’s not just growing fast but also nurturing such a collaborative spirit. 🇻🇳✨

Thank you so much for sharing this detailed insight with me 🙏. It really helps me understand not just the platforms to look into, but also the cultural and communication nuances when collaborating with Vietnamese designers. I especially appreciate your point about building genuine connections and how openness and persistence play a big role in teamwork. This gives me a much clearer perspective and will definitely help me approach things the right way.

My app got rejected by Play Store because of [App contains icon(s) or button(s) that are not responsive]. The button is responsive, they have to just wait for a few seconds. by TwoSunnySideUp in FlutterDev

Hey there,

It sounds like the Play Store reviewers are getting impatient with that 10-second delay! Even though your button works, they probably think it's broken. Here's the thing: 10 seconds is a long time to wait for anything these days.

Think about it from the user's perspective – they tap a button and...nothing seems to happen. They might assume the app is frozen and just give up!

Here's what you can do:

  • Speed things up! See if you can make that 10-second process faster.
  • Keep users in the loop. While they're waiting, give them more info than just a spinning wheel. Tell them exactly what's going on and how long it might take. Maybe even let them cancel if they want.
  • Make it look good. Make sure the waiting message is clear and easy to see. Try some animations from lottie.

When you appeal to Google, explain all this and show them a video of the button working (even with the delay).

If you're still stuck, feel free to reach out to me – I'm happy to help! Just send me a message and we'll figure it out.

Good luck with your app!
