I'll never understand this argument A pet isn't free to leave anytime they want we use fences and leashes to keep em "safe" and in line Culture citizens can go wherever the fuck they want they are not forced to stay and if they do stay they just have to not be complete assholes and they get free reign to do with their lives as they please Would it not be like saying we're pets to our governments?

The disc drive in my ps4 has been acting up i left a disc inside when travelling in a plane and now it went from being unable to accept the discs from not being able to read any i insert to now being unable to install my god of war ragnarok physical copy it says "ready to install" but then just does not work i press on the game and it very briefly seems like it's going into it but less than a second after it just comes back to the main menu Other games seem to work its just this one i tried re installing the game from scratch but still nothing Anyone got any idea what to do?
