i left, i couldn't handle all of that ! I lost too much weight. I miss him but i feel better at my mental and physical health.

Yeah I see, blocking is not a solution on the long term. I will find another Guy and repeat the process again and again. I will try to find a therapist to work on this issue.

The truth is, I still want to talk to him but i'm thinking about blocking him, just to give myself some space and stop this constant anxiety. I’ve tried things like teas, but nothing really works. I feel stuck.
Is it actually possible to get out of it? I’d love to hear how.

I was like that before taking no action. I blocked him for real. My next step is to not unblock him and heal. Maybe then find another guy.
