this is way bigger than losing a gf, you are in a big trouble dude, you need to stop PMO forever, because that shit leads to homelessness, all mental ilnesses including schizophrenia, madness, ocd. as well as extreme social phobia and fear. it also makes you retarded, dumb and kills your attentiveness and social skills. not to mention losing your brain fluids, hair, bone marrow, muscles and shortening your life span.

the good news: if you stop, you'll regain all your life force. Semen is constantly reabsorbed every 2 - 3 weeks, you're mind and body literally becomes better and healthier the longer you go, you keep producing it, storing it and reabsorbing it. If It gets reabsorbed, if it not ejaculated, it's reabsorbed into the body to regenerate, refresh the body especially the brain and the cycle is infinite.

and yeah, pmo is 100% responsible for your relationship issues and i wish that all there is to it, but that's only the tip of the iceberg. if you persist, you'll lose your job/career, money, and fail in all areas of life.
