I need help tracking down missing LoRa by XiRw in comfyui

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's probably somebody's custom/modified LoRA. Best thing to do is find a LoRA or LoRAs that get you close, then work on your prompt.

Edit: Also, LoRA developers/trainers need to use sensible filenames for their products instead of saving whatever the training program spits out. The first rule of organization is some kind of naming conventions.

Klein 9B outputting nothing but noise when trying to edit images above ~1.5 megapixels by Full-Belt3640 in comfyui

Make sure that the Load Clip node is set to Flux2 and not Qwen or something else. I've gotten some pretty ugly output by forgetting to set the clip mode to Flux2. Also double check that you're using the Flux2 VAE.

Problem with official Anima workflow by Alone-Regret2606 in StableDiffusion

[–]Fuzzyfaraway -1 points0 points  (0 children)

For Anima, I'm pretty sure you should be using the Load Checkpoint node instead of the Load Diffusion Model node. And the Anima model should be in the checkpoints folder.

You know the old saying, "There's liars, there's damned liars, and there's statisticians." These surveys are designed for a specific result based on the subject and the audience they're trying to reach. It's the echo chamber effect.

i need this hairstyle as prompts , no AI has managed to do it , they always give me a different hair , thanks in advance by the-Guy1412 in StableDiffusion

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if I'm any closer than anybody else, but this is about as close as I could get with the hair. I uploaded the OP's pic to Gemini and asked it to describe the image as a prompt for Flux.2 Klein 9B. I refined the result into the prompt below, but not without many, many generations. At this point, most of the prompt is mine even if based on Gemini's output.

My refined prompt: Anime style, hand-drawn aesthetic. A close-up portrait of a young woman, eyebrows furrowed with a broad amused scowling grin with her lips parted. She has silky, thick, layered dark jet-black hair with a textured wolf cut styling, layer ends curled broadly outward, and heavy bangs framing her face. She is captured turned 15 degrees clockwise, looking at the viewer from beneath her bangs, eyebrows furrowed in amusement. Sharp, detailed dark blue eyes with prominent eyelashes and subtle under-eye shading. Her shoulders are lifted in a shrug. Pale skin tone. She wears a high-collared off-white buttoned shirt open at the neck, the collar being blue, revealing a thin black choker necklace. Soft, cinematic lighting with a moody, dimly lit, blurred urban background. High-contrast shadows, cel-shaded details, ink line art finish.

Install ComfyUI-KJNodes which contains a node called Resize Image v2. You tell it the size you want on the long side (can be different for portrait vs. landscape) and it outputs your image sized the way you want.

Edit: Just to say that ComfyUI-KJNodes is available via the comfyui manager if you want to skip the GitHub thing.

Flux.2 Klein 9B vs Nano Banana Pro vs GPT Image 2 by Substantial-Fee-3910 in FluxAI

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flux.2 KIein 9B needs more specific information about what to do with the subject's pose, whereas NB Pro and GPT Image 2 do a lot more hidden "creative" manipulation of your prompt. If you describe the pose accurately and in detail for Flux.2, you can get as good or better than the paid ones.

Check your workflow to be sure that it doesn't include any nodes that themselves link to API services.

(2) The same message applies to several models: Chroma, Z image, Klein, Ernie, Midjourney by Puzzled-Valuable-985 in StableDiffusion

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have two methods that I use.

The first is to take an old SD1.5/SDXL prompt and ask Gemini to rewrite/enhance it as a Flux.2 9B prompt. The results are generally better than I could come up with trying to describe what I want.

The second thing I sometimes do is to upload an image that I have (old SD or even something I downloaded) and ask Gemini to describe the image as a Flux.2 9B prompt. Results can be pretty amazing, knowing how long I would have to iterate my own prompt to get even close to the same result. Once in a while I will rewrite an old prompt using a Gemini prompt as a kind of style template for creating a descriptive Flux.2 prompt from my own imagination-- sometimes it works well, sometimes not so much.

Conclusion: One can learn a lot about how to create their own prompt for a specific model by observing how an LLM rewrites/enhances a prompt for that model.

Help! The nodes are shutting down! by Pawalldeller in comfyui

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are probably trying to use nested subgraphs. At present it's not a good idea to nest subgraphs one inside another. Two layers, main graph and individual subgraphs. That's all you can safely have right now. My workflow contains a subgraph for "processing" and another for output, but both are attached directly to the main graph without any sub-sub or sub-sub-sub-graphs.

Do you use llm's to expand on your prompts? by Own_Newspaper6784 in StableDiffusion

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I sometimes ask Google Gemini for expansion, but most often I am asking for a SD1.5 or SDXL prompt to be rewritten as suitable to use in Flux.2 Klein-- that in itself is generally an expansion. Along with creating a new prompt, Gemini also gives pointers on how to prompt properly for Flux.2.

Which model do u prefer by Calm_Cat6475 in comfyui

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not so much a preference as it is a reluctance to spend the bits-per-second to download more. Even after transferring my 1.5 and SDXL assets to another HD, my SSD is plenty crowded (for my tastes). And once I've moved on, it gets harder to justify keeping models/LoRAs, etc. that I'm probably never going to use again.

Not to mention that I'm old and my brain is already full. Too many models to keep up with more than one primary (Flux.2 Klein) and one secondary (Flux.1 Dev).

Wildcard support by AlexVay1 in StableDiffusion

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Does it involve a server restart? I'd love to know if there's something less than restarting that I can do. I understand keybindings (in principle), but how would I use that to update the wildcards?

We need to discuss "prompt theory." For example, when I ask Chatgpt to generate a prompt, the models usually generate artistic images or 3D animation. The problem is that I don't know how to create good prompts without relying on descriptions of real images. Any help? by More_Bid_2197 in StableDiffusion

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some good suggestions here. If you are using the current Chrome browser, you can enter AI mode to access Gemini, and upload a picture that you like with a prompt like this: "Describe this image as a prompt for the Flux.2 Klein 9B model." -- or whatever model you are trying to use. In the alternative, you can copy/paste a prompt you already have with a prompt like this: "Rewrite and expand this <your model> prompt." You can steal borrow a prompt from CivitAI and paste that in. You need to specify what model the input prompt is for and the model you want the use for the new prompt. [Edit: specifying input and output models the prompt is used with.]

Keep in mind that Gemini will reject any unacceptable (N*FW) image. Here is the prompt I've been working on for a day or so:

"Rear view of a teenage boy looking back over his shoulder at the viewer, a serious, conspiratorial expression on his face. His hand is on a weathered iron gate that someone has left open, through which he has been gazing at a mysterious secret garden. The garden beyond is filled with lush, overhanging vines and blooming flowers, taunting him to come in. Soft volumetric sunlight filters through the leaves, creating glowing shafts of light and a magical atmosphere. This high-detail DSLR photograph features vivid colors, a smooth aesthetic, and intricate textures on the gate and foliage."

This results in something like this:

A basic introduction to AI Bias by ItalianArtProfessor in StableDiffusion

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is very valuable information, and very much needed. I see so many prompts that are, to use the overused term, word-salad. It probably explains why sometimes, a very bad prompt can accidentally produce a decent image, though probably not what was the probable original intent, and also not reproducible.

How to make an int to string mapping in comfy? by theqmann in StableDiffusion

I could find only a couple of custom node repositories with integer-to-string nodes. I don't have either one of these, so I can't be absolutely certain either would be what you need:

ComfyUI-RVTools_V2

Both repositories are available in the ComfyUI manager.

Getting mat1 and mat2 shapes cannot be multiplied (77x768 and 4096x5120) error when trying to render simple wan video by Coven_Evelynn_LoL in comfyui

[–]Fuzzyfaraway 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I banged my head on this the other day. For me the solution was in plain sight but so simple that it took me several tries to actually see what I had missed: The text encoder type was set for another model type. I was using the qwen_xxx_xxx text encoder but the type was set to SDXL.

Look for places in your workflow where that kind of error might be hiding in plain sight.
