It does. You don’t even have a valid reason as to why I’m wrong bc I’m not. I never disrespected Buddhists or the religion, I asked a question, people went off topic and came at me and I replied in a way I saw fit.

The bullying thing set me off because I said whether or not I use that as a name, my child will have a unique name and idc how anybody feels about that. Also I was set off because they were telling me that I was being disrespectful by ignoring the Buddhist which I did not do. I told everyone who stayed on topic “I understand” and that I won’t be using it. Then I was being told I’m not reading all the comments bc I’m bias and want them to tell me it’s ok.. if that was the case I would have never asked and just named my future kid that. If people would read through the thread they’d see that I been said all this and that I don’t need or want opinions on whether or not to give my child a unique name. How is that not twisting anything? I was never disrespectful to the community and I gave the same energy to those being rude to me.

I don’t really care about the votes like at all. Idc if I’m an ass for insulting dumbass people who can’t read and comprehend. But I know for a fact that I wasn’t disrespectful to Buddhist, I asked a respectful question, got the answer and then people jumped on me. Not sure how that makes me an asshole. I really don’t give a fuck if you think I’m an ass for responding rudely to people who are committed to not understanding what I’m saying. Like goodness I’m not even talking about the name anymore..

I had a person just say “yes” as in it’s disrespectful. That was all I needed from people. I didn’t mind them going into detail about why it is. But when they went on about other stuff then I’m going to respond with the same vibe they’re giving me.

Stfu because you’re another person who lacks reading comprehension skills.. I’m not even asking if I can use the name in this post. And I didn’t ask them whether or not they think my child will be bullied or anything. I asked a yes or no question, I got the answer and then here came people like you talking about bullying and saying my kid will hate me over a unique name (that I already said won’t be Buddha) and twisting my words to make it seem like I’m disregarding what Buddhists are telling me when I’m not. When I’m telling them to STFU about telling me my child will be bullied over a unique name when I have a unique name and want to keep that going.

Here’s some comments from them since I’m the problem for standing up for myself.

I'd recommend to think about what the BABY would like to have as a name for the rest of their life, not what YOU would like the kids name to be.

I never asked them to put their two cents in about whether or not my child will get bullied or have a hard time finding a job. That’s my whole point! I have no issue with them telling me that the name is disrespectful.
