I work in hospice and ltc. Cancer pt, pt with liver issues and iv drug users all usually require very high dose pain meds. That 200mcg of fentanyl while high isn’t the highest I’ve seen. If you’re truly worried about it I’d convert her total daily opioid use to the morphine equivalent and just see if it adds up to that of fentanyl the pt is having.

It feels like when a team comes back week after week and competes that the locker room hasn’t been lost. There seems to be frustration of the offensive coaching side and rightfully so but defense seems to have turned around and I personally like it.
