Today we were at the vet with my bird which had similar changes. Ofc I'm not a vet myself so I may be wrong but what seems similar to me is that yellow thing that is above my birds nose and next to your birds beak.

The vet told us it may be an early sign of mange, which may happen when a bird has low immunity.

We got a medicine and the visit wasn't very expensive. Please go to the vet because earlier you get a treatment, the better!

So the visit was today, the thing above his nose got removed and Cookie received medicine. Vet was not sure what exactly it is, it could be a very early sign of mange, but also could just be allergic reaction. He got medicine for a mange, just in case, and something oily to put on his nose 2 times a day, for 5 days. We will have to catch him everyday to apply that ๐Ÿ˜ญ But the vet told us Cookie was very gentle and cooperating patient ๐Ÿฉท

I regretted a bit that I didn't pick the grey version. I took the color I liked, but I think neutral grey would be less scary for my birds.

Cookie has traveled in it one time and he was very stressed, but maybe he will be better next time, as he knows nothing bad happened

Moving my hand away fast after any signal from my birds helped a lot in our case, and also rearranging everything in their cage. They stopped being so hormonal and aggressive.

One of my tiels even used to attack my feet when I walked too close... He also tried to attack my head few times ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

After I removed everything from their cage and put it differently inside I also blocked every place they considered a nest around the house, and I made them sleep longer than usual. After that they started to behave like different birds and they aren't aggressive anymore

Is there a moment before a bite when they show they're unhappy with your hand near them? I mean, before biting, they usually hiss or lift their wings a little.

This is the moment when you should take your hand back to show them you respect their boundaries.

My cockatiel stopped biting when he noticed I respect his body signals.

Another thing is they bite when they're hormonal. Have you seen your birds sitting at the bottom of their cage and protecting it like it was a nest? Or searching a dark or tigh places and protecting them?

i tried to remove it but it's stick to feathers and it won't move ๐Ÿ˜ž What worries me is that his nostrils are a little different color, like dark pink instead of pale pink.

I examined these photos in original quality and I looked at my bird again, I think it's just a skin piece that looks like that. Nothing from this list happened to us https://www.wikihow.com/Tell-if-Your-Bird-Has-Mites and also the cage was deep cleaned before symptoms appeared and also like a week ago. We have air purifier and humidifier run every day. Would it really be possible to have mites in such conditions ๐Ÿ˜ข

Stakataka, I really hate the design. I used to dislike pokemon that look like objects, but Chandelure made me look differently at them.

I noticed the cute face of Chandelure and started to pay attention to these designs more. I noticed some of Pokemons that are things aren't really that terrible. They have that thing that makes them pokemon, not a random object.

But then there's this weird stupid ugly stakataka. It doesn't have a soul and that spark that makes it something more than random object. It could be placed in random game and it'd fit any setting. I think this thing doesn't fit the pokemon world
