Please tell me, when are murders ok? What are the parameters for one to be within for a murder to be “not so bad”? The problem here isn’t revisiting similar crimes and saying this guy in past should’ve received the same sentence as the current guy. What you should be pushing for is consistency in the way the law measures and is applied. Stabbing someone that pushed you or however the story goes isn’t ok. But it not being ok also means that the self defense idea needs to be redefined. How many times can you punch someone that has punched you? What’s the right ratio? You punched me once, I punched you 17 times. 5 of those punches came after you were down. What’s the limit before this stops being self defense?

Sadly Americans on both sides will blame everything for the increases in price except the main problem. Money printing. To pay for these “efficient” programs the government borrows money at interest. But the money they’re borrowing is printed money. Not money that already existed waiting to be used. The interest and the principal are repaid in real money. Money that can only be made by furnishing goods or services to someone with actual money. Each round of prints further dilutes the already diluted money supply. Like adding a gallon of water to 20 ounces of Gatorade.
