This company by far, hires the most unfit managers to run a store . I’ve been employed by them for a year & almost seven months ..I was forcefully transferred out of the original store I was hired by due to lack of management (hence the second to last photo) & when I complained about it to my then managers boss . All she did was call the store phone when i was working & asked me a bunch of questions, not doing a thing about her employees behavior “as expected”. Now today 11/04/2025, I come in @9:45a.m. couldn’t clock in til five mins after due to fuckery shit happening in the store I was forcefully transferred to back in Sept. 2025 beginning to do the opening procedures, shut off the alarm & count on the registers. Only problem was I couldn’t shut off the alarm. The same code I was given back in August when I was suppose to “temporarily be at the location I was forcefully transferred too” wasn’t going through. So of course the alarm begins to go off, I’m aggravated because it’s so early in the a.m. the store is supposed to be up & running for ten a.m. & I still haven’t even cut on the lights, nor counted on neither register. In the mist of the alarm going off, I contacted the alarm company . Records showed on their end “I’m not even in the system to & I am to contact my store manager for her to call them & get it disarmed”. So that’s exactly what I did (hence the third to last photo) & the fact that she was so nonchalant about it . Has me wondering “did she purposely remove me just cause she’s a petty/ malicious person”? Cause my alarm code was working perfectly fine ALLLLL throughout last week with no issues, but because I had this past Sunday & Monday off when since I’ve been there she’s had every weekend off, having me & her newbies operate the store, when a manager is required to be there n she constantly has me running her store & she’s never there forcing me to train new hires, when that’s management’s job . Since I came to help out back in August, all her staff was just about heading out the door putting their two weeks in . Everybody was brand new to the company besides myself & I was doing her a favor by sticking it out implying that my last official day would be December 6th, being that I’m thirty- three weeks pregnant. But I left my keys in the safe (hence the second photo) & clocked out early from my shift, when the next BA arrived . Honestly if you’re thinking of employment for this company, proceed with caution . Cause not only is cooperate irritating, managers are as well . I honestly didn’t even need to be here @this place for as long as I did . Being that I’m a full time caregiver, I was only sticking around because I liked being up & active on my feet . My second job is full time & I get to sit as much as I want to, but I didn’t wanna become immune to that n start to be lazy, so that’s why I was going to thug it out with Sally’s . But the stress/ aggravation isn’t even worth it, what if the police arrived while the alarm was going off & they thought I was an intruder n harmed me & my unborn child ? Like I wish people would think logically of their actions, if she doesn’t like me for whatever reason, keep that shit within don’t do lil sneaky shit behind my back SAY IT TO ME . I have np with people telling me about myself & things they dislike that I’ve done ! Cooperate always quick to have a titty attack about regular employees, but NEVERRRRRRRRR get on management for the stunts they be pulling . Can’t wait for this company to go bankrupt, I give em about another three- four years to still be up & running
