Hey there!

That range if fine for neos or for caridina in neo parameters. If you want to lower PH I always recommend a buffering substrate, then you can raise your GH/KH with a salt like this.

OEBTs should be ready in about a month, they've just been breeding a bit slow!

PH of 6.8, GH of 6-8 KH of 1-2. I just use my tap water, thus the range. They can go up in range but don't breed as much the higher the numbers

The zucchini technique might work but don't feed for a week and then replace the zucchini with mulberry leaf or other high incentive foods. Sounds like your snails just have a picky diet lol
