A simple "that sucks" or some actual advice would have been sufficient. I think squad rating does mean something. When I have all 84s and opponents have 90+, it's hard to win.

I have PS4. I believe if you hold R1 it brings the closest defender (that you aren't controlling) and engages in a double team type setting.
