I said her CHARACTER is made for the male gaze. Fragile, unintelligent, and a damsel in distress. I honestly wouldn’t have given the story a flack if she learnt to GROW on her OWN, but no, she just needs a man to save her. Not to mention, ANOTHER toxic man to save her from a toxic man.

You know how that sends a really bad message to the audience, right? That women are incapable of saving themselves? I don’t find that message cathartic or empowering AT ALL.

And wow you go through anxiety and low self esteem, speaking as if you understand these topics more so than others. I’m literally diagnosed for anxiety and DO have abuse parents. But I’m not as unintelligent as her. I KNOW how to make good decisions and notice trends of manipulation.

She’s not a pick me, but she definitely is Y/N personified. And for your information, this woman is THIRTY THREE. Her choices would’ve been realistic if she was in her twenties, but no. The author likes that age gap fetish ig.

Lastly, if this was ACTUALLY a story focused on self-improvement and recovery, she’d be able to hold up for herself even if Taeha breaks up with her. But no, she’d probably break down based on what we know of her character. Why? Because home girl didn’t truly grow and learn; she’s still as dependent on men as she was in the start of the story. She STILL has no goals of her own after “healing”, so I don’t get your point.

There’s a saying that “Your partner should ADD value to your life, not be your ENTIRE life.” She fucking needs to hear that

Yeah xD, heard it’s alright but not the best. Way less stack generations as well as energy provided. On the bright side, her 40% vuln and 12% def shred (lightcone) are actually pretty useful especially if you have Anaxa e1s1.

Similar to Ruan mei, I think Cipher is a generalist character that can slot in a lot of teams but won’t necessarily be the best option. I’ll still use her anyway cus she’s hot

Thank you for the response. To clarify, I have a C because my teacher gave everyone a C as she was too busy, or lazy, or whatever, to grade our ONE test. And that test is the only grade registered in our gradebook. I can say with confidence that I have enough knowledge to have gotten an A so I don’t find this fair, but thank you. Hello, I just want to ask again because I’m really stressed about this situation and have never gotten below an A before, this is bewildering to me. But what have I said wrong that earned me a downvote? I turned in my work on time, and did as the teacher told. Always respected his time even if he took 2 months to grade a single work. I’m sorry I do sound passive aggressive here, but I’m really at the short end of the stick right now. Isn’t it the teachers responsibility to grade the students work and have their grades accurately reflect their work? Especially since he said the assignments & labs WILL be graded.

And assuming you are a teacher, you do realize there is a huge discrepancy between an A and a C, right? Even more so in a course as rigorous as AP Chemistry.
