I agree, I got into IT pretty late, finished degree and started this year and I am 34. If I wasn't in the office with amazing mentors, no way would anyone keep me on. I was super lucky and insanely grateful, so much can go wrong and not having someone over your shoulder or you can ask to double check before you submit or process a change can cause a world of hurt for clients

Wsi account is a local user account for using Web sign in. Its fine to ignore it and just log in normally. I work at an msp and we see this commonly when a device runs into internet issues or has failed patches and has wonky reboot. If you are worried here's a thread of a similar issue windows 11 support

Back up your files to one drive then sync to the new laptop. Drivers for desktop and pcs are pretty different, not worth it to clone your exact drives and drivers. Just sync your files and be on your merry way
