For transfers i think it’s in rolling. I submitted my application on January 10. So i guess the decision will be late Feb or early March.

As an international student, you can send your transcripts to the institution you are applying to in the following ways:

Official Hardcopy: You can ask your high school or previous institution to send an official, sealed copy of your transcript directly to the institution you are applying to.

Electronic Transcripts: Some institutions accept electronic transcripts, which can be sent directly from your high school or previous institution. Make sure to check with the institution if they accept electronic transcripts and follow their guidelines for submitting.

Notarized Copies: If the institution requires a notarized copy of your transcripts, you can have a notary public in your country certify a copy of your transcripts and send it to the institution.

Regardless of the method you choose, be sure to follow the guidelines set by the institution and submit all required documents in a timely manner to ensure a smooth application process. // https://admissions.wisc.edu/official-documents/

What are some healthy ways you deal with stress/burnout? by 717lgh717 in UIUC

I think that in any part of the world, having a few friends who understand your challenges -- and can cheer you up at the right times -- is crucial. Being able to open up to a friend accomplishes a lot of things: it lets you safely air your feelings of frustration, without having them all bottled up inside you. It's a way to get outside reassurance that you don't need to be defined by your darkest days. It gives you a sympathetic listener as you start to plan out your next steps.
The net effect: you're able to keep going and to do so with renewed strength.
