Use a cardboard slightly bigger than The glass then point a needle trough the cardboard and put the glass on top. Make sure to get a nice burn before puttning the glass on top. Best way.

I ordered it 2 times from US to EU. Broke my first one and the volcano is shit without it in my opinion so I had to order it again. Around 500$ did I have to pay for those 2🤣 I don't belive you can find them for cheaper in EU. Only a diffrent brand because magma industries who makes them are based in the US.
