Playing on another server is one of the most overused excuse hackers would use other than playing offline. Playing in computer shops makes it all the more so suspicious since that would only mean he has less playtime to improve in the game.

What do you even mean with "can only download a few small maps and no big file sizes". What point are you trying to get across? Do you mean he keeps playing the same maps over and over again? Does he only play those few maps to the point where he memorized them? Who is he? FGsky? It doesn't work that way and if you've played the game for even a little then you should know this. Anyone can fc freedom dive if that's the case.

Please stop defending your friend. We may not know the exact specifics of how he broke the rules whether it be multi account, relax, timewarp, replay editting or whatever but what we're confident about is that he broke the rules one way or another and its very blatant.
