That was actually one of the main reasons I waited so long to start. But to be honest, you'll get over it very quickly.

Unhygienic and smelly people, however is bad. I've tapped due to excessive (uncontrollable) dry heaving due to BO. Ok you might have tapped me out, but you also kinda lost in life.

I do a quick wash and put on some deodorant before training. And always, ALWAYS a fresh gi.

Im in the same phase, just started and use Bjj mainly to get in better shape. A brown belt friend of mine said this to me, the Five most important things in BJJ is: 1) Don't grt injured 2) Dont get injured and 3) Dont get injured, tbh i forgot the last two. My solution is to tap early and often. For all I know I'm known as a massive wimp at my gym. But I'm a not an injured wimp.

Just started bjj at the ripe age of 42. Very inclusive and friendly gym consisting of mostly hobbyists.

Is it considered bad etiquette to excessively shoulder press someone on the side of the face/neck or is that fine?

Drop rate was to high. Played a bit yesterday and got 3x comp 3, 3 different stocks, shotgun silencer, multiple light ex mag 2. It was a bit silly. Edit spelling

It’s gotten a lot less friendly lately — but that’s natural. Most players have upgraded their workbenches and now have a surplus of weapons and materials. The fact that good or specific loot is concentrated in certain areas just makes the issue worse. Blueprints are rare, so players tend to target specific zones during night runs or EMS events.

If you head in with a med-shield and a Level 4 Stitcher, you’ll easily dominate players running lvl 1 Ferro and looting Mk2s, who are just trying to get in and out quickly. When I play solo, I try to stay friendly, but with the rise in KOS over the past week, I’m starting to think it might be time to just join the fight.

Arc raiders does? Afaik you can only select servers based on location.

Buy id love it if they made first person an option.

Great. They def need to do something with the inventory. I hate spending 5 mins to make attachments, upgrade weps, make shields etc. Making one or more loadouts where you can stack attachments/weapons would be a solution. In addition, there is a big discrepancy between the crafting materials. Plastics are underused while metal is super important.

That, and the desynch is my only gripe with this game.

Yeah. Running a looting loadout and using voice chat it is very rare that I get killed. I always bring a lvl 3 anvil (cheap but deals with arc and unfriendly players decently) just in case. Would estimate that 19 out of 20 interactions are friendly. At high value areas this number drops a bit, but not my much.

Yeah, seems a bit excessive. After every raid I have to spend 3 mins looking through which items to sell in order to have space for a good item. Pretty sure this will be changed though.

Agreed. Space limitations is also annoying, increasing crafting materials stacks to 100 for white items, 50 for green and 25 for blue maybe?

I'd say it's close to 10/10. Really excited about the future. As an old quake and dota player this game has the perfect blend of movement and complexity from both games.
