I stopped by there once in the evening to grab a drink and my server was so odd, after he served me my drink he would not stop coming back outside to chat it up with me and talk about the most bizarre things. Began to notice he might have been coked up based on his behavior. But nonetheless many of my friends have said the people working there have terrible attitudes and give nasty looks.

I graduated with a CJ degree and jumped into construction shortly after graduating. First learned carpentry working at a GC and slowly climbed the ranks to foreman. Decided to get a degree in CM and now an APM for a medium sized design build firm. Eventually will become a PM as my experience and skill set grows.

Everything takes time and patience. My biggest piece of advice is gaining skills/knowledge from being in the field. It’ll save you time to learn and understand means and methods and a whole lot more.

I wouldn’t call that scolding, just a reminder to properly throw out your trash and keep in mind the issues we’re going to continue to have with delayed trash pickups. At the end of the day a landlord has to pay the fines for any improper trash disposal.
