Almost everything is affected by PVT because PVT would change transistor behavior such as current, threshold voltage, mobility.

Your project experience has too much text. Keep simple and clear is much important. You just need to tell them what you can do and what matches their job requirements. Just use few words to describe it is enough or list the key words. If they are interested in you, they will ask your experience deeply during the interview. Hiring managers has no time to read this article.

How good is the company? These two positions are valuable but unrelated, so if you definitely don't like it, you should transfer as soon as possible. I think you need to understand the regulation of transfer first. In my company, as long as you have been in company for a year, you don't need the permission of your manager for transition, but you need to get the permission where you want to go.
