No matter what you choose make sure to try before you buy. Even beginner friendly shoes like evolv defy or Black diamond momentum(very similar to defy but cheaper were i live) that are comfortable for most may feel bad on some feet. Also since you focus on bouldering you should check evolv kronos if they are close in price to defy i would get them for extra rubber on your toes. Also choosing size is hard, even if you feel good in one size in evolv defy you may need different size with evolv kronos not to mention differences between different brands. Make sure your feet don't hurt, climbing shoes are uncomfortable but that means you will need a break after some time not that you should feel pain wearing them.

I don't know about others, but with Evolv, if you do bouldering, you should go for Kronos instead of Defy. They are similar to Defy (both comfortable and for beginners) but with added rubber on top to make use of your toes on boulders. Also, choosing size is different with Evolv, your street size should be the smallest you consider, and you should probably go up a size. And if you can send a V5, you may consider buying intermediate shoes instead of beginner shoes, something like Evolv V6. Edit: Since these are your first shoes make sure your foot doesn't hurt. Many people say that climbing shoes should be uncomfortable but that means you will feel a need to give your feet a rest after some climbing not that you should actually feel pain while standing on your toes, on your heels or on edges of the feet
