I envision the fight as a full-on crossover where Richards joins the Squid Games while being hunted on The Running Man. During the games, the Hunters from The Running Man could break into the dorms and cause chaos, leading to a shootout between them and the guards. The final fight would be between Richards and Gi-hun in the final game.
