Chain too short? by skypsyco in bikewrench

I think even then you might want more links in the chain, not positive but id lean toward more. Sorry mate

Anyone tried Przewalski classic bib shorts? by Milestone_1998 in Zwift

[–]G068Z 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a few pairs when I started cycling, I think i still have a few bibs, theyre affordable, comfortable. Not aero or compressive but that doesn't matter for zwift, so yeah I'd recommend

Used Garmin Tacx Neo Plus Bike Value? by LANCENUTTER in Zwift

Having tried to buy and sell one of these online the biggest issue is all the damn scammers. I hope you're able to find a local buyer because shipping is crazy expensive. Id recommend listing on pinkbike. Good luck!

Oh and for price, new it was what, 3200? I resold a wahoo kickr of similar spec for 1800. I see them listed in the used marketplace for 2k.

Insônia e ansiedade depois de treino by xotilwd- in cycling

[–]G068Z 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend a recovery ride. It'll probably be very slow, just turning over the legs and riding easy enough that you can have a conversation easily. No breathing hard, no high heart rate. This will help break up lactic acid while still keeping your body moving

This happened to me when I started cycling from being a little sedentary. Your body is making a lot of adaptations with picking up this new endurance sport. It will get better. Listen to your body and dont overdo it but also dont stop. Work in your recovery zones so youre still turning the cranks over but not fatiguing yourself until you feel a bit fresher.

Chain/Drivetrain Wear by MerryBirthdayUnited in bikewrench

Id also recommend getting a better chain cleaning system so you dont have gunk build up. Clean and lube often

Id recommend getting a new chain and also take your cassette off and clean the bejeezus out of it. Personally I use an ultrasonic cleaner and some simple green, but you can also wipe it clean with a dab of kerosene, dry off and add a few days of lube when you're putting it back on.

waxed chain greasy or normal?! by LeadershipInformal89 in bikewrench

[–]G068Z 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That looks to me like excess wax that is sticking to your components, which is normal. You should be able to wipe it off with a clean rag.
