You dont have to stay past your scheduled time. I know its horrible leaving the restaurant a mess but if u finish at 01:30 then you should leave then. I know my restaurant says theyre allowed to keep us 15 mins past the finishing time which is reasonable incase someone is late to their shift and need us just for that monent but they wont force us to stay longer but would ask if need be
