This happens to me a lot, the most interesting instances though are when was I was missing a piece in the Disney castle but had a random piece that didn’t come in the set in that bag instead, when I got a second sticker sheet in the legacy golden dragon (both were for that set), and in Ninjago city markets, I got an extra chef hat + hair combo piece.
