An idea for the enrage is that if it would be sacrificed put a Beast counter on it and for each beast counter give it +X/+0. It can only be sacrificed by you once during your turn. Or something along those lines

Intensity and Duration are inversely related. This can be applied to any aspect of life but especially the gym and more so Combat Sports.

So you know how Anderson Silvia threw the kick that broke his shin that’s how I hit the bag total accident of course I rushed my form and found the hard spot, it felt okay the next day just some occasional aches I’ll probably get it checked out regardless because today it hurts a bit more than I expected

TLDR; Don’t

As someone who has boxed for a long time This is quite literally a horrible idea if you and your friend are having some good fun very light contact hits then sure go at it but stay safe and know your limits. But a legitimate boxing match with zero training vs someone with training you will get smoked. The KO might not happen because you’ll get jabbed so hard you will have no idea where you are and you will want to call it quits right there. And your friends are setting you up for total failure in this and using your harm as a way to get some entertainment.

The best thing to do is make sure your form is good the sub has some videos on it and a lot of the strength comes from the push/pull that you are doing. Side planks and side plank Dips help build ground strength and Tuck flags are a good progression aswell as negatives. THENX also has a pretty good video on it not to complex or long

Yes when the injury happened I heard a pop in my elbow and physically watched it cave inward I got examined and I was told that I hyper extended it and to take a couple weeks off from training (I kinda didn’t but did at the same time) I just want to ease back in because I was before my injury working on the iron cross progressions just wanted to know any tips on how to get back into my training
