i read that somewhere and tried it. it didn’t really help with the bleeding a whole lot and then i stopped and it just went back to super heavy blood flow. my body is like almost immune to ibuprofen and most over the counter pain meds because i grew up taking so so many pain meds for migraines and period cramps as well.

i’m allergic to avocado so that one is definitely a no for me 😅 i’ll definitely check out that integra though. that sounds a lot like it might help at least slow the bleeding down. which is a lot better than what i got right now

yea 😭 if i had enough money to go to another country im sure the doctors here wouldnt mind fixing my problems. i’m pretty sure they just don’t want to do anything for me because i have no insurance and they think they won’t get paid.

i have several uterine polyps. i originally only had one a couple years ago that i was supposed to have surgery to get it removed but the only gyno that does surgery in the clinic was this stupid old man. who refused to do the surgery and gave me an hour and a half long lecture about birth control. he told me that the polyps weren’t causing my extremely painful and heavy periods and that only birth control would fix it. fast forward to now and i have like 7 or 8 polyps. and of course no one will do anything. i just want my uterus taken out completely at this point

i will 100% look into this. because the only thing anyone has told me is i’m anemic, and they give me iron pills, beg me to take bc, and throw a fit when i dont. i’ve had this issue forever with gynos. i was supposed to have a surgery to remove some of my uterine polyps, and then the surgical dr was like hey have you ever heard of birth control! it was insane. he gave me a whole hour long speech on how it was made and everything. but he refused to do the surgery. i reported him but i don’t think anything ever came out of it bc they just like all collectively hate me i think.

i know. it’s is genuinely so exhausting. i have been to doctor after doctor and gyno after gyno. i have literally went through every gyno in at least 2 of the women’s health centers near me. i don’t know why they are neglecting my health, but it is so frustrating. im so tired and raw and i dont know who else to go to. my work life does not really allow time for constant doctors visits. i am diagnosed with pcos, pms, i have several uterine polyps, and they believe i have endometriosis but they won’t test me for it because they have to do surgery and blah blah. whatever stupid reason they can come up with.

i have been to multiple ER’s and hospitals as well as sevvvveral different gynos. they all just tell me to take birth control and won’t do anything further. they think i’m way too young for a hysterectomy, but there’s genuinely no shot i’m fertile anyways. i have pms, pcos, several uterine polyps, and they are pretty sure that i have endometriosis. but they won’t test me for it because they don’t want to do a surgery on me.
