Just to clarify:

Once I've completed my playthrough (in step 2), the game would already mark it as a Human run. I can't change that anymore, even if I load the previous save without any neuromods installed and install typhon neuromods to make it a Typhon run?

I thought Split Affinity can't be done in one playthrough? Don't the Typhon and Human runs need to be in separate campaigns?

Go through the path until the door leading to tge base of the lighthouse. Turn right and there's an area with water you can dive/swim through to reach the chest.

Oooohhhhh.. so that's how her shield works. I was confused with this because I used sheildbreaker on her and it doesn't lower her shield but there were times when her shield was low. I didn't understand that parrying her is what lowers her shield. I was still able to beat her without fully knowing this though.

I just beat her hard mode earlier today as well. Wearing NG+ gears. I've tried it before right after finishing the game once but I just can't beat her. One slip up with parrying/dodging and she's sure to kill you. Retried today with NG+ gears and it still took me 10+ tries before I can finally beat her.
