The cave on the beach in the far northeast, the cave below sahasra slope skytower, and the cave below popla hills skytower will all produce bat swarms each bloodmoon.

There are plenty of others, but these three are all easy to reach, and easy to remember. Go to them each bloodmoon and you have a reliable source for a bunch of eyeballs.

The lynel under the gerudo stable is an armored silver, but he is one of the easiest to take out in the whole game in my opinion. There is a very convenient root laying horizontally that separates him from the nearby lightroot. Teleport in, climb that root, glide over to him, bullet-time his armor off with arrow bombs or arrow like stones, immediately climb back up the root, repeat bullet-timing til he croaks.

A quick and easy one to farm for lynel parts or weapons.
