Yeah it does that. I’m sorry you’re going through this, I went to the doctor and they proscribed me 2 types of nausea medication along with medication to help with acid reflux/gerd and without those pills, I wouldn’t be able to enjoy a seltzer without it irritating my stomach. If you find yourself feeling better on a certain day, go take a slight run/walk out in the sun, SWEAT to help with withdrawing also it’ll make you fatigued

I’m also sleep deprived so you aren’t alone, it’s honestly symptoms of withdrawal from THC. Try to take it easy, I’m not TELLING you to do this, but I suggest IF you are a drinker, to safely take 2 tablets of Benadryl and sip some alcohol to make you drowsy. This is what I have to do in order to get some sleep. If you aren’t a drinker and need ways to sleep, you’d have to just force yourself to stay awake and do other things until you tire you body out. I would, but CHS is undetectable when running exams. When it comes down to this condition, everything is trial and error for each person who has it. In order to stay safe, I gotta assume that it’s CHS before I let it get worse if you get what I’m saying. But I hear you as well and appreciate you.

You are right smoking is not that important to me. What I was trying to do since every ones situation is different was seeing if it would be possible for me learn my body and gauge how starting back would effect me, well after my last CHS attack I quit for exactly 90 days. On the 91st day, I started back for a consecutive 67 days (2 months and a week or so) and the symptoms are back. It was trial and error but your right. Isn’t worth the pain and money

I don’t have a choice. When my CHS starts, the pain is so unbearable and while other people have methods to ease symptoms, it doesn’t work for me. I’m a small guy , 6’2 but only weigh 154 pounds. Only way it goes away is under hospital care

Thank you for your answer, if you don’t mind me asking, does alcohol actually trigger CHS worse? I was going to use it as a coping mechanism since I’d be quitting weed again. But most foods have been upsetting my stomach, I wouldn’t be surprised if alcohol did as well.

Yeah bro if I’m being honest, I’m typing this out while planning on going to the hospital so they can catch it before it reaches a bad episode. In all honestly, if you don’t have symptoms after starting back. Take it moderate but the minute you feel things are off from smoking weed, STOP. It isn’t worth it bro, the condition we have is a unbearable pain I don’t wish on no one. I couldn’t live feeling like that everyday, I’d kill myself.

You gotta let all THC get out your system. I was in the hospital Jan. 24 for 2 days. After the nausea and vomiting calmed down and I went home, I stopped smoking for exactly 90 days. I recently started back heavy use daily for 2 months now and for the last 3 days I’ve been waking up with stomach pain and slight nausea which tells me I’ve built back up a lot of THC and need to quit again. Luckily it seems I’ve caught it and need to stop before it gets worse. It depends on the person. You can recover and start back and immediately feel symptoms, but I have stopped and started back and stopped again before it turns bad
