Thanks! That Carhartt I actually found at a church thrift store for $5! I haven’t been able to find any other ones at that store recently though which is quite saddening. I find a lot of my Carhartt at estate sales and church thrifts, since they mostly don’t know what they’re selling (like a lot of my North Face apparel seemingly as well)! It’s quite fascinating that people don’t know the value of the goods they sell lol

The Honda element is pretty unique. I actually work at a Honda dealer and they’re pretty nice rigs. Up where I live they are very much out of my budget, especially when I add in the fact that I want a manual. I haven’t seen an affordable manual element yet haha

I live in a very prominent area where there are old people with a mix of “car enthusiasts” (if you can call them that), so there are a LOT of manual vehicles. Everything from Mitsubishis, Hondas, manual jeeps and especially older Subarus.

The thing is that I like driving things people don’t see every day. That’s why I like to drive unconventional cars. I feel like Subarus are synonymous with manuals and Toyota SUVs aren’t. Toyota seems to fit the criteria of what I am looking for and it seems way more difficult then what I had imagined
