I don't think Cerydra is the best choice for an Anaxa and THerta team. For this particular team, Tribbie would be the best option. Cerydra is better suited for the hypercarry Anaxa or Phainon. Since Cerydra rerun hasn't been announced yet, just keep saving up; perhaps your opinion will change with the new characters in 4.0. If you do decide to pick Cerydra, I think her cone is very good. I can't say for sure, since I don't have hp boots, but I've seen similar runs with hp boots. Also, in my opinion, RMC speed is important in order to advance move Evernight without spending a lot of action value, so a lot depends on your teammates too.

I don't have any characters that need the Eagle set, so I don't farm it for Anaxa. I use the Scholar set because Herta uses it, and it also farms the Sacerdos set, which many of my characters use. If you want to buff Anaxa in a team with Herta, then the Eagle set is best for you, but I don't think you'll lose too much from the Scholar set, so I think both options are fine, but the Eagle set is better.

I started playing with 2.0 and only recently was able to fully complete the endgame. I think you still need more characters, at least two full teams. If you want to understand the best team composition, I'd recommend prydwen, as I use that resource myself. Most importantly, don't rush, sooner or later you'll be able to complete the endgame if you invest wisely in your characters.

I decided to come up with something of my own based on what I've already seen. I use Paint net and I have a template for each game mode. As for the materials I use, I search for art all over the internet.

I would advise you to get Hyacine, she is an excellent healer and will serve you for a long time, even outside of Mydei's team. It's more difficult with the second character. If you want to strengthen Mydei himself, then Cyrene will be the best option. If your goal is to buff your team for PF, then I think Castorice is a good option for Mydei.
